Turnaround is our heritage in Christ, as declared in Deuteronomy 2:3 and Proverbs 4:18. God has ordained that the path of the righteous shines brighter and brighter, culminating in divine change of story. However, for anyone who truly desires a turnaround experience, certain kingdom keys must be consciously engaged.
The first key is the turnaround power of the new birth. A genuine turnaround begins with being born again, according to John 3:3–5 and 8, and Matthew 5:14. Salvation positions a believer to access divine light, without which lasting transformation is impossible.
The second key is the turnaround power of love. Turnaround is sustained by staying in love with God as a lifestyle, in line with Romans 8:28 and 1 Corinthians 2:9. Love for God manifests practically in several ways. A lover of God will love His house, as shown in Psalm 73:17, Obadiah 1:17, and Psalm 84:7. Such a believer will also love God’s presence, where fullness of joy resides, according to Psalm 16:11. Love for God further expresses itself through love for His Word, as seen in Psalm 119:97, Joshua 1:8, John 14:21, and 1 John 5:3. In addition, genuine love for God compels believers to love His business and kingdom interests, as reflected in Luke 7:15, Proverbs 3:35, and Daniel 3:12.
The third key is the turnaround power of the Word. Believers must commit to walking in the light of God’s Word, because the entrance of the Word gives light and understanding, according to Psalm 119:130, Isaiah 60:1–3, and John 1:1–5. When understanding comes, life is released. Scripture confirms this truth in Psalm 119:144, Psalm 107:19–20, Job 6:25, and John 8:32. Light from the Word terminates confusion and ushers believers into liberty.
The fourth key is the turnaround power of faith. Turnaround is activated when believers engage faith in the Word of God. Faith comes by hearing the Word, as taught in Romans 10:17, and it empowers believers to receive what God has provided, according to John 1:12. Scriptural examples show that faith produces results when acted upon, as seen in John 21:5–6, James 2:18, Luke 21:15, Psalm 81:10, 2 Corinthians 4:13, Mark 11:23–24, and Mark 9:27. Faith gives believers boldness, authority, and victory in the face of challenges.
The fifth key is the turnaround power of kingdom stewardship. Serving God and committing to the interests of His kingdom must become a lifestyle, as instructed in 2 Chronicles 15:3–7 and 12–15, and Matthew 6:33. Financial stewardship is also a critical dimension of kingdom service. Scriptural principles governing stewardship are revealed in Genesis 8:20–22, 2 Corinthians 8:1–8, 2 Corinthians 9:6–9, 10, and 12–15, and Zechariah 1:17. Faithful stewardship positions believers for supernatural provision and lasting turnaround.
Anointing Session
The holy anointing oil is a divine mystery applicable to all generations of believers. The same anointing oil introduced in the Exodus generation is the same anointing granting mastery and dominion to the present generation, including the Gen-Z generation, as affirmed in Exodus 30:30–31 and Mark 6:7, 12–13.
The anointing oil is God’s medium for supernatural turnaround. It represents the Spirit of the Lord at work in the life of a believer, as revealed in 1 Samuel 16:13, Isaiah 10:27, Isaiah 59:19, and Zechariah 4:6–7. When the Spirit of the Lord comes upon a person, power and authority are released to enter prophetic destiny with boldness and audacity, as seen in Luke 4:18, 1 Samuel 16:13, 1 Samuel 17:45–50, and 1 Samuel 17:6.
The anointing oil facilitates the transference of the Holy Ghost unction, enabling believers to function in God’s plan and purpose without hindrance. Without the unction of the Holy Spirit, effective function is impossible, according to Zechariah 4:6. Where the anointing is absent, destiny becomes vulnerable to the pressures and vices of life.
The mystery of the anointing oil is clearly demonstrated in the life of Saul, who became king of Israel through divine anointing, as recorded in 1 Samuel 10:1–12. Through this mystery, servitude is terminated and believers are enthroned, as seen in verses 1 and 7 and Revelation 5:10. The anointing orders the steps of believers toward destiny helpers, according to 1 Samuel 10:2 and Psalm 105:13–15. It facilitates supernatural restoration, as revealed in 1 Samuel 10:2, Joel 2:23–27, and John 10:10.
Furthermore, the anointing facilitates supernatural advancement, in line with 1 Samuel 10:3 and Deuteronomy 2:3. It enables a flourishing life marked by supernatural favor and honor, as shown in verses 4 and 5, Psalm 23:1–6, and Psalm 92:10–15. Through the anointing, believers are turned into another man, as recorded in 1 Samuel 10:6–8 and 10–12. The anointing also imparts a new heart, as seen in 1 Samuel 10:9 and 1 Samuel 16:13, and it engenders the fulfillment of prophecies, as affirmed in 1 Samuel 10:9.
